If you have recently been paroled, Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) and the Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation (DESC) offer a range of services to provide parolees with access to jobs and new career opportunities. Services include:

Services are available at the SEMCA Service Center located in the city of Wayne and at three different DESC Michigan Works Service Centers ensuring service access to the whole Detroit and Wayne County region. Hours, days and locations specifically for returning citizens include:
