The Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals
(MCBAP) currently offers the following credentials:
- Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Certified Prevention
- Specialist (CPS), Certified Prevention Consultant (CPC),
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and the Assessment
- Referral and Management Specialist (ARMS).

needed to document experience and education can be

Fundamentals of Alcohol and Other Drug Problems (FAODP) Test Schedule
To obtain study manuals for the FAODP
or IC&RC exams, contact the Michigan Resource
Center at 1-800-626-4636.
