Mr. Lopez was nominated by the SEMCA Michigan Works! Workforce Development Board. At Aztec manufacturing, the workforce is 125 persons, 57% of which is comprised of minorities, making Aztec one of the most diverse workplaces in the region. Mr. Lopez has hired many employees through the Michigan Works! programs and is very effective in supporting Michigan Works! activities. Frank Lopez models his behavior on his commitment to his community and his actions have brought about positive change.
