This program provides assistance to non-custodial parents in finding unsubsidized employment to meet their child support obligations through existing welfare reform programs (Work First—Welfare to Work)

Program Participants:

• Non-custodial parents:
  
  • Whose children are receiving
    Temporary Assistance for
    Needy Families (TANF)
  • Who are in arrears on child support payments for more than twelve (12) months

Program Components:

• Job Search assistance
• Employment and training activities
• Supportive services

Program Partner:

• Friend of the Court (Voluntary)
