Edward Trofinchuk came to the Southgate Service Center (staffed by the Downriver Community Conference) as a Corrections referral. He searched for a job for five months before the DCC introduced him to Quanta.
Ed was hired by Quanta as a general labor.

| Ed has now been employed with Quanta for over a year. His dedication and skills have earned him a promotion to overseeing the Tote Department. He now manages three other employees at Quanta. SEMCA believes that Edward is an example for other people who have made bad decisions in their past. SEMCA hopes that other companies will follow the example of Quanta in giving people the chance to prove that they can be productive, valuable employees. |
