Thank you very much for your interest in doing business with SEMCA. SEMCA utilizes the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) processes as a way to properly, and fairly, procure necessary services or goods.
When SEMCA puts out RFPs & RFQs, they will appear here.
SEMCA (Southeast Michigan Community Alliance) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the provision of facilities space planning services. SEMCA consists of eight facilities including seven Michigan Works and one administrative office in Southeast Michigan.
Facilities Space Planning will be done on a case by case basis, as determined by SEMCA.
It is SEMCA’s intent to enter into a one year contract beginning January 2020 through December 30, 2020. Bids will be evaluated and one contract will be awarded to the successful bidder.
The Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA), as fiduciary for the Southeast Michigan Works! Agencies Council (SEMWAC), is seeking quotes from contractors for the provision of consulting and facilitation services. SEMWAC consists of six Michigan Works! Agencies (MWAs) that include the Detroit Employment Services Corporation (DESC), GST (Genesee Shiawassee and Thumb) Michigan Works!, Macomb-St. Clair Michigan Works!, Oakland County Michigan Works!, Michigan Works! Southeast (MWSE) and SEMCA.
SEMWAC was created to provide a forum where MWAs in the Southeast Michigan region can share information and best practices, partner on regional workforce initiatives, identify opportunities for alignment and coordinate efforts to best serve the needs of this broad and diverse region.
It is SEMWAC’s intent to enter into a one year contract beginning January 31, 2020 through December 30, 2020. Bids will be evaluated and one contract will be awarded to the successful bidder, with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years.
